Shipping Policy

* For us to process your order, please fill in the checkout form in English only.

1. We will usually ship within 1-3 business days..Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.
2. Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday.
3. Your tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also contact us , we can send the tracking link for you.
4. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@entenco.cn to figure out your options for re-delivery!

Shipping Cost:

$0-$36 based on the value of products and delivery area:

*If the product is returned for non-quality problems, the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.

*If customers receive damaged products, they do not need to bear the return shipping cost.
Delivery times will vary depending on destination. Please kindly take into consideration that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs depending on the destination.



Customs Duties and Taxes

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Entenco cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
It usually takes 9 -18 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
